About Midwest Land Surveying
In July 2003 Brian Fowlds and Paul Sandman purchased the Surveying Assets of Wilsey and Associates and formed Midwest Land Surveying, Inc.

Mr. Sandman has over 14 years of experience in the engineering and surveying profession. Mr. Sandman’s responsibilities at Midwest Land Surveying, Inc. includes performing a wide variety of surveys, scheduling, supervision and delegating assignments to field crews, maintaining office records, preparation of survey data, platting, and reviews.
Mr. Sandman is proficient with the use of Global Positioning Systems along with conventional total station and data collection surveying equipment. He has performed boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspection, construction staking and topographic surveys for numerous commercial and residential developments and road projects. Mr. Fowlds responsibilities at Midwest Land Surveying, Inc. include management of personnel, delegate assignments to field crews, maintain office records, preparation of survey data, and design of preliminary layout of subdivision plans. He has over 14 years of continuous experience in the land surveying profession.
Mr. Fowlds is proficient with the use of Global Positioning Systems along with conventional total station and data collection surveying equipment. Mr. Fowlds has performed numerous boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspection, construction staking, topographic surveys, communication tower surveys, NRCS Wetland Reserve surveys and oil well location surveys.
